Gladys V. Range founder of GVR Systems Automation, Inc of Silver Spring, MD, an engineer with extensive leadership and project management experience in the areas of content management, system, scientific instrumentation and process automation for several private and government industry sectors. Gladys Range has held positions with Baxter International, Pacific Scientific, BioVeris, The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR), and HGSI. She recently led a US Army CRM Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) project in Thailand supporting clinical research activities related to emerging diseases and vaccination. Gladys studied Mechanical Engineering at Montgomery College and University of Maryland University College.

Gladys specializes in providing corporate business organization through process analysis, real time-visualization, R&D and clinical test laboratory solutions to individuals, laboratories and corporations seeking to enhance and automate methodology used in Scientific, Medical, Biogenetical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Research and Drug Development Processes.

She has received DIA (Drug Information Association) IT, project management and leadership training, and completed US Army IT Systems Validation and Defense Acquisition Program training.

She uses engineering project management and KM practice, in systems and process analysis, to audit, optimize and deliver a streamlined process enhancing regulatory compliance, protecting intellectual knowledge, promoting collaborative research and increasing productivity.
She holds an International Knowledge Management certification and is an active member of the KM Institute in Washington DC.
